How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple! Just fill out the contact form and we’ll be in touch to confirm if we cover your address, and we’ll take it from there.
Can I customise my meals?
Yes! You can select meal sizes based on your calorie goals. And of course, let us know about any allergies.
Do I have to subscribe, or can I order once?
We offer both! You can order a 1-week plan to test things out, or choose a 3-month subscription for better consistency and results.
What if I work from home one day a week
No problem at all! We have a 4-day plan. Just tell uswhich four days you want your meals, and we’llhandle the rest.
Can I skip a week or pause my subscription?
Of course! You can pause your plan for up to 5 weeks per year – perfect for holidays, business trips, or when life gets busy.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the centre of Vienna. Please contact us if you’re in one of the outer Bezirks to see if we serve your area.
What time will my meals arrive?
Deliveries are made between 10:30 and 13:00. You’ll receive a notification when your delivery is on the way.
What should I do with my empty containers and cooler bag?
We’ll pick up yesterday’s bag and containers when we drop off today’s meals. Just hand over the cooler bag with the containers inside, and we’ll swap it for today’s meals!
What should I do if my delivery is late or missing?

Where do you cook your meals?
We cook all our food at Herd Open Kitchen, a professional industrial kitchen. This ensures that all hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
Do you use organic ingredients?
We prioritise organic and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
We offer allergy-friendly options, but meals are prepared in a shared kitchen. If you have severe allergies, please check the ingredient list carefully and tell us, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate you.Q3 Q4Q5Q3 Q4
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept SEPA direct debit - simple, secure, and hassle-free.
When will I be charged?
Payments are taken at the start of each period - monthly for ongoing subscriptions.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Just drop us an email anytime. We’ll take a quick look at your plan and let you know the next available cancellation date based on our T&Cs.
Do you offer refunds?
Since our meals are fresh and made to order, we don’t offer refunds.
However, if there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right!
How eco-friendly is your packaging?
Very! We pack all meals in sealed, reusable containers and deliver them in cooler bags to cutdown waste and keep everything fresh and safe.
