At FoxyMeals GmbH, we take food allergies very seriously. We follow strict hygiene and food safety procedures, but we cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from allergens due to possible cross-contamination in our kitchen.

If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing an order to discuss your options.

1. List of Regulated Allergens

According to EU Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, the following 14 major allergens must be disclosed:

• Gluten (cereals containing gluten): Wheat, rye, barley, oats (bread, pasta, cereals)
• Crustaceans: Prawns, crab, lobster
• Eggs: Omelettes, mayonnaise, baked goods
• Fish: Tuna, salmon, anchovies, fish sauce
• Peanuts: Peanut butter, snack bars, Asian sauces
• Soybeans: Soy sauce, tofu, soy protein, edamame
• Milk: Cheese, butter, yoghurt, whey, cream
• Nuts: Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios
• Celery: Soups, stews, spice mixes
• Mustard: Salad dressings, mustard sauce, marinades
• Sesame Seeds: Tahini, hummus, sesame oil, bread toppings
• Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites): Wine, dried fruits, pickles, vinegar
• Lupin: Lupin flour, baked goods, vegan protein products
• Molluscs: Mussels, squid, octopus, oysters

2. Allergen information for our meals

Each of our dishes is clearly labelled with the allergens they contain. Below is an overview of the allergens present in our standard menu items.

Note: Ingredients may change due to seasonal availability. Always check the latest allergen information before ordering.

3. Cross-contamination warning

Although we take precautions to minimise allergen cross-contact, our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any meal is completely allergen-free.

4. How to request a custom order (allergen-free meals)

If you have specific dietary requirements, we may be able to customise your meal.

• Contact us before ordering at madelein.vanwyk@foxymeals.com.
• Mention your allergy concerns in the "Special Instructions" section during checkout.
• Some substitutions may not be possible, depending on ingredient availability and preparation methods.
